Jim received a BA from Stonehill College and has over 12 years of training experience. He has enjoyed meeting and working with many diverse groups of learners and finds great satisfaction in sharing knowledge and helping people learn new skills or enhance their existing skill set.

Jim has conducted technical, safety, product, new hire, and various other trainings at organizations such as Massachusetts Department of Corrections, Dell/EMC, telecommunications providers, and a variety of other companies and industries.
